Castle Apartments

From: dwbrosni@hwr.arizona.edu Date posted: 4/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   i found the castle apts though the u of a newspaper and then viewed the apartments from the website (www.thecastleproperties.com). just to be careful (i was moving from new york and making my decission from new york) i checked the reviews on this site. they were right on. the apartment complex (32 apts all within one half box shapped castle-like adobe) is beautiful...the landlord, kathy, keeps it up amazingly. this year she added tons of new plans and a new pebletec pool. the complex is quite, mainly older students and professionals, and well lit/locked. my apartment was well maitained and any little quirks (sticky window and a clogged sink were all the trouble i had compared to friends elsewhere who had stoves lighting on fire and ac which didn't work) were quickly taken care of by either kathy or the on site manager, her son zack. i've had a great experience here and felt the need to pass on my review as this is how i based my final decission. i'm a currently leaving the apartment complex, due to wanting to get a house with a few friends but we are looking to keep kathy as our landlord at one of her house properties. hope this helps!
