Buy Your Own Home Instead From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have found CentrePoint Apartments to be a bad community to live in. I have often had bug and reptile problems and the unsanitary bathrooms are due to the poor upkeep of the propety. I can always hear (clearly) the television and the talking of my neigbors at times it prevents me from sleeping. The price does not reflect the quality. The staff is friendly when they want your money. They do not fully disclose all of the details of the lease until its time for you to leave the community. Bad practice if you do not disclose all of your fees/schemes in the beginning. I don't recomend CentrePoint to anyone who is looking to move. I am glad to leave. Folks are better off in Tucson purchasing a home. For the price you pay for rent here you definitely can afford to avoid the headache by purchasing a home. Save yourself the trouble don't live here.
