Cimarron Place likes to point out their 24 hour maintanence service and sound as though they are always on hand to help with whatever you may need. This is patently untrue.

We moved into our apartment a month ago. The previous tenant had moved out a mere two days before and the apartment was still in the process of being cleaned for our arrival. The office said they would finish cleaning after we had moved in. They have yet to do anything.

And it's not as though the things wrong with our apartment are small. They are BIG things. Things like the stove not working. Things like years of crusted gerbil feces stuck to the floor of the storage closet. Things like a bath tub that is nearly impossible to convert to shower and is definitely impossible to change the water temperature of. We have contacted both the manager and the maintenance staff and neither have done anything to help us thus far.

Thankfully we only have a 6 month lease, because we will definitely be moving on once our term is up.

A close relative of mine just moved in to Cimarron Place and, I agree, the quality of this complex has really gone downhill as of December, 2006. What are they thinking??? Filthy pool. Filthy jacuzzi. Ice cold water in pool. Tons of tennants with loud, barking dogs, dog crap all over the sidewalks, noisy upstairs neighbors, no maintenance of refrigerator when requested, dogs that are too large for the apartments, way over 40 pounds, etc etc. Belive me, I'll never refer anyone there again. I lived in other apartments that were much nicer and cheaper in Tucson.
