I've lived in CP since December--so far it's not bad, with the exception of the strange woman who CONSTANTLY comes around knocking on my door to use my phone AND the loud children/pool parties that sometimes continue well into the night (for instance, two weeks ago some people were out there screaming well past 2am). Other than that, the maintenance crew is very quick and friendly. The pool is always clean. The laundry room doesn't rely on quarters and is usually in pretty fine order. My apartment is in so-so shape--the carpets are not stapled/glued down (were they installed professionally'!) and none of the bathroom fixtures seemed to be firmly in place. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear almost anything going on around you.
