Things Falling Apart

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
We needed a place to stay for about 2 1/2 months and picked Cimarron Place. In the ten weeks a sprinkler broke flooding the bedroom and requiring us to move out for almost a week, the ceiling was leaking (we were on ground floor), and the toilet got stopped up several times each week.
Maintenance would come once notified.
We were glad when we left. Although we turned in the key and left the apartment clean we haven't gotten out deposit refund yet, even after several requests. All bills were paid. (They are sending utility bills two months after our leaving.)
The apartment was slightly better than living on the streets.
