Colonia del Rio

I lived in Colonia del Rio apartments from 2002 to 2003 and the management and office staff were the worst I have ever had to deal with. I was constantly receiving notices on my apartment door stating I was in violation of some sort of rule, yet I had never done any of the things they were accusing me of.







The hot water heater in my apartment gave out in the middle of December and was not replaced until the middle of January. I was told by the office staff to use the shower facilities in the model apartment across the complex if I wanted to take a warm shower to which I replied "What is this?? A campground??"







I too had a problem with hard water stains on my very expensive, brand new, imported car and was given the exact same response as a previous poster.







The walls in the townhouse-style apartments are extremely thin...so much so that I could hear my neighbors messages on his answering machine.







I could go on and on listing reasons not to live at Colonia or Hacienda del Rio, but I think this and some of the other reviews speak volumes. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
