Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
We lived here for 2 years, and we watched it just go down hill. The office staff became rude and unhelpful, maintenance was slow, and they even entered our home after we had rescinded permission. Security was awful - we had a "flasher" and they wouldn't warn residents, and then they didn't bother fixing security lights...
