Colonia del Rio possess' the charm of a small
home with a professionally landscaped yard. My husband and I love it. There is no other place in town that offers beautiful GREEN grass and numerous tall, shade trees everywhere. We love the convenience of the Rillito bike path entrances adjacent to our apartment. There is a new pool and spa area that just opened. They are also working on building a new state of the art fitness center, 2 clubhouses with pool table, foosball and big screen TV's and a new computer center with DSL service.
The staff is amazing as well. They go out of their way to ensure you're happy. From the manager to the groundskeepers, the entire are truly good, decent people. The maintenance service is incredible. I've been living here for close to 2 years and I don't believe there was ever a service request that was not repaired quickly and completely.
I know I seem a little exuberant about Colonia del Rio, but the last 2 apartment communities that I lived at were complete nightmares. The staff at Colonia del Rio are efficient, knowledgable, helpful people. They operate like a well oiled machine.
Come over and check it out. You won't find any other community like it.
