As the Property Supervisor and previous resident of Columbus Park, I can't begin to say all of the wonderful things about this community, such as private back yards, full size washer/dryer hook-ups, 2 sparkling pools, and lush landscaping. This community consists of 60 single level apartment homes with one manager and requires the manager to be out on the property to show other prospective residents their future home. I find it unfortunate that anyone, even someone that has been evicted or in the process of being evicted can make false comments such as the one above.
