It was great! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I moved in after they had gone through renovations. My apartment had new carpet, vinyl and appliances. I lived in a 3 bedroom downstairs. The layout of the apartments are awesome! There are only 4 apartments per building and covered parking right in front of your apartment. I liked the patio and washer & dryer connections. The only problem was that I could hear my neighbor upstairs walking all the time. It is in kind of a bad part of town, but there was a Night Manager when I lived there. I felt safe. I only moved because I left state.
