A Great Place To Live-Large Dog Friendly From: SamyB Date posted: 10/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I looked everywhere for an apartment that would rent to a tenant with a large dog and this is the perfect place! It is VERY pet friendly! The ground floor apartments offer a large patio that has a covered cement area and a dirt area for those times when you can't get home to take your pet out. There are plenty of those pet waste stands around stocked with bags for poopie pick ups! AND I walk my dog atleast twice a day and have not seen a single pile of poop. It seems that Copper Hill residents are responsible pet owners as well. Additionally, these apartments are large and roomy, well priced and offer tons of cupboards and closets! There is even a large storage room on the patio! The complex is well lighted for night walks with your pet. The pool and spa are spotless-cleaned daily! The grounds and landscaping are very well maintained. Rye has just been seeded-green winter grass is on the way and fresh flowers have just been planted. The parking lot and dumpster areas are cleaned up daily. The laundry rooms are clean and open all hours (with your key) Oh, and the management. What a WONDERFUL team these two women are! They have been there a long, long time and it shows! Both Karla and Susan are friendly and helpful. They have a way of making you feel right at home! We are very happy that we found Copper Hill and love it here! A word of warning though, if you don't like pets, this is not the place for you. Being one of the few pet friendly apartment complexes in Tucson-there are a lot of wonderful pets here. That includes dogs that do their job and occasionally bark and a few "guard cats" doing their job as well, greeting people and keeping the rodent population down!
