Cottonwood Creek Apartments

Pretty Happy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I am finishing my year lease and have never had any serious problems. My only complaints are the stove is really old and doesn't work well. My hall shower is always clogged. Also the cops were around the apartments a couple of times a week. It seemed they were there more for domestic issues. The people next door were loud. But the apartment was very big and, when managment was recently changed, any problems were handled within a day or two. They keep the grounds very clean and the staff is very friendly.
