I lived there for 3 years and nothing was ever done - maintenance never fixed damn thing even tho they said they would! I had to call cops on neighbors because they were being too loud and partying every night! JUST DON'T DO IT!

I have lived here for many moons and never witnessed any of this. The maintenance I have experienced has been excellent thus far. I have not noticed too many calls or reports of anything at night. Not sure what building you are in but I don't see any of this.
