This is conveinently located but has many disadvantages as an apartment community:

1. The manager that is/was there while I lived there, a female who got married while I resided there, didn't seem to care to add me to the lease when I moved in with my fiance'. She also was very nosy and blatantly pried into business that was not hers. If you are religious or don't mind those who talk about their religion all the time, then I'm sure you'll like the management, however, if you are not then be prepared to hear it when you meet her.

3. The apartments are not constructed well at all and during our Monsoons (heavy storms during the summer) or rain during the winter, if you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to have water soak your carpet on the inside of your doorway. This happened to us three times in 5 months time.

4. Overall, the tenants are curtious and nice and usually keep to themselves but there isn't a lot of privacy.

5. This is not a gated community, and the parking lot is not well lit nor is it patrolled very well at all. Six cars broken into and stereos among other items stolen in four months was the record while I was living there. They've tried to increase security but while I lived there I didn't see the security guard but twice and both times he was no where near the parking lot.

6. With all the people who live in this community and when they have friends over, you'll be very lucky if you can park anywhere near the front door of your apartment. Especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The apartment that we lived in didn't give or have a covered parking option. Not to mention that the covered parking is only on ONE side of the complex. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
