I've lived here for more than 2 years and in that time dozens of cars have been stolen (or attempted theft), apartments broken into, items taken off balconies, the US mailbox broken into, the furniture stolen from the pool area, there have been frightening characters lurking around, stray dogs running through the property, search helicopters blasting lights through our windows, etc. Everyone I know has lost something, and yet the owners are too cheap to get ANY sort of security. We have one security guard who comes around for 5 minutes twice a week, but the criminals all know exactly when he's coming and they just hide for those few minutes. The cops do nothing. The washers and dryers are the worst I've ever seen---you might as well put your dirty clothes back in your drawers, throw your quarters in the garbage and save yourself the trouble. They are really good about fixing things with alacrity, however, and the apartment manager has a cute dog. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
