Pretty good for the price.

I lived here several years ago, so maybe prices have gone up but it was cheap at the time ($385 for a studio).
The pluses
-Lots of plants and shrubs around the property, so much so that it doesn't look like you are in Tucson - very green. Although I recently stopped by the property and they had removed some of the shrubs.
-Winter Haven is right across the street, which is a very nice neighborhood to walk/bike in.
-Centerally located, although it is closer to the West side of town (downtown).
-Cheap
The minuses
-Very basic/older apartments. Nothing really wrong with them but they are dated.
-There is definitely crime in the area, cars were broken into several times during the time I lived there. If you have a nice car or are very protective of it, this may not be the place for you.
-Pool and laundry facilities not well maintained, although were useable.
