I have lived here for about 5 months. In these five months we have had not so much fun living here. The neighbors are really nosy, loud, obnoxious, and they drink every day. Its not just one apartment, its all the apartments that surround ours. They constantly knock on our door to ask for money, cigarettes, to try and sell us stuff so they can buy beer, and rides places. Also in our time living here our vehicle was broken into, and then a week later another vehicle was broken into. The construction of the complex is lax to say the least, the windows are crappy and so are the patio doors. We had to put plastic up around both to keep the draft from coming in. When it rains, the front door leaks into the apartment. You can hear people in their apartments from your own apartment. When we moved in the amount of stuff wrong with the apartment was amazing.
The parking is very bad, our neighbors have parties every night so its impossible to find parking. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the management and the Maintenance staff. They are nice and they always pull through. We had a Maintenance emergency on a Saturday and the Maintenance man was over in 15 minutes.
