First off these apartments are out in the middle of nowhere. If you work in Tucson plan on spending at least 45 minutes driving each way. The apartments themselves are nice (they were built in 2004), but the management cares only about making money. The fitness facility is a joke. Equipment is constantly broken and the room is a mess because they do not want to hire someone to clean it. The pool is often nice as well but I have found dead floating mice in there before. Many of the residents smoke and it seeps through the walls very easily. Management did not seem to care. The will put an air purifier in your apartment for 24 hours but that is all they will do. Rent these apartments only if you want to deal with constant hassles.
