Crescent Ridge

I moved here on a whim because I had one week to find a place before moving from out of state. The North Tucson area is pretty nice and constantly developing. These apartments are okay. They're still pretty new so they look nice inside. I don't feel safe living at these apartments. Many of the outdoor lights are burned out. I've seen multiple drug deals and a stabbing in the parking lot and had my welcome mat lit on fire. They no longer have a security gaurd and the entrance gate is a joke. This property is easily accessible by anyone who wants to cause trouble and make an easy get away. The management does seem to only care about making money. I've brought multiple things to their attention that would improve life at the complex but they just quote lines from the lease that support their inaction. I've had to call their emergency maintenance line once. I never got a response from them and ended up dealing with the problem myself. Many people smoke in these apartments so they do smell if you're a non-smoker. Smoke has a tendancy to waft in from other apartments. My apartment smells like smoke every time I run my dryer because it's caught in the duct from the previous renter. Even though they say they paint the place before you move-in, I found glow in the dark stars still stuck to the ceiling from the previous renter. There was also trash left in my apartment from the previous renter when I moved-in and the apartment was adaquetly cleaned before I moved-in. I am glad my lease is up so I can finally move out.
