Basicly it was a wonderful place when we first moved in. Slowly things have gotten worse. The fact that only we have one option for phone/internet/cable tv is really horrible and through Qwest. Qwest has alot of problems with thier services and bundle packages. Also I experienced similiar issues to the other tennant who complained about this issue. They began construction on additional buildings a while back. The work every day of the week even weekends making all kinds of loud noises with drills, saws, hammering, and heavy equipment. No offer of reduction in rent, compensation, or advanced notice prior to me signing my lease that this would be going on. I have made alot of complaints about teenagers and young adults smoking marijuana outside my apartement with the smoke coming into my apartment. Other neighbors have also complained. Management had done very little about the situation and now it's gotten worse. The complex also looks very "safe" with their "gated community" unfortunately the gates are only on the one usuable entrance to the facility and they even provide a nice parking lot right in front of the facility so the thief can park and walk around the gate and steal your vehicle. This parking area is due to a shared driveway with a small L.D.S. church. I had a neighbor above me that was interfering with my peace and quiet with his loud music and late night drinking. I had called the Pima County Sheriffs Department twice due to his excessive noise and music. Reported it repeatedly and because his "mommy" was friends with the managers I had to move to another building in order to restore my peace. They handled this situation inapropriately. Don't move here it isn't worth it. Oh wait but they are TEP guaranteed (to pay exactly what you paid otherwise for electricity).

You have the problem of alot of people that live in apartments. You think it's managements job to do everything. Why didn't you call the Sheriffs Dept. about the kids smoking and partying? It was your responsibility as a citizen that lives in the United States of America. The fire was your fault, not managements. Hope you can live with that.

Actually the FCC has ban the "exclusive" contracts with telephone and cable service providers. Therefore all apartments in the U.S. must allow the residents to decide what service they have. Who said anything about the courtesy patrol? Do you even know what you are posting about? Renter's insurance? Where are you trying to go with this? If you call 911 about some teens smoking dope they are gonna laugh you off the phone. That would be non-emergency and by the time the police get there the teens have finished and stashed whatever they still got. If you don't think people rent apartments based off the amenities then why do all apartments have there amenities listed for potential renters?

Glad I read this, I was going to go apartment hunting tomorrow and this one was on my list. However there are other bad reviews on this complex besides this one. Sounds like the responses were from the staff!!
