I lived in one of the apartments here for a six month lease. All around the apartment looks nice, the prices are pretty good, and the landlord was nice. But that's were the good ends. Firstly you can only get DirecTV/Qwest for your phone, TV, and internet. They are expensive and aren't too good. Also despite the area being nice we've had a few problems in terms of crime and this was never taken care of. Parking is small and if you have anything other than a car forget about it. We had a one bedroom apartment with a studio room and while the studio was nice, the bedroom had really poor cooling and it was hot as hell during the summer. The kitchen appliances were nice and no problems with the dryer/washer, although the latter was strangely set up. All around it wasn't a terrible stay but I wouldn't recommend Crescent Ridge there's probably many better apartments in the area.
