I lived at Crescent Ridge. At first it was nice friendly neighbors, staff was nice. Parking was a bit of a problem, long walk from parking space to apartment. Then there was the fire in an adjacent building, arson. It was down hill from there.

I was evicted shortly after the fire, house cleaning of tenents (?). Seems I had become an undiserable tenent. A rent check had bounced, my debit card had been stolen from my apartment and used. I was not aware of the charges made and assumed I still had funds to pay the rent. I wnet to the office with a money order for $1,000 and a promise to pay the balance owed over the next few months.

I had friends over visiting. They were considered undiserable by management. I was unaware that management maintained a list of undesirable people and that I should be checking IDs before I let anyone in.

I had a friend staying with for awhile. She had no place to stay, it was in my spare bedroom or the desert. WAS THERE REALLY A CHOICE FOR ME. Don't think so. She could not stay because she was not on the lease. She went to the office twice to sign the lease. She was handed a lease and then it was taken back. She was gainfully employed at the time.

Things snowballed and I was evicted. I had movers come in to pack my belongings, which they did. The following day I had movers scheduled to pick up my belongings. Guess what - the lock had been changed! Sorry movers we can not get in.

While the apartment was in the pocession of the landlord the apartment was broken into and $2,100 worth of my property was stolen, at least that is what I could identify. Was I notified of the breakin - NO!!!!. Was I asked to identify any missing property - NO!!!!!.
