I moved into these apartments with a great move in special. I originally wanted to move into the newer apartments they built in the back, but the rent was 100.00 more a month for a 2 bedroom so I am in the old 2 bedrooms. They are tiny, the neighbors are terrible and of all things we have COCKROACHES now. This complex is pretty driving through, but what you dont know is that its like living in the inner city projects. There is an old fat bald guy that gauks and stares at every female and I mean every. The apartments are not well unsulated so your TEP bill is always high to keep it cool. The only thing I have liked is the staff. They are so nice and so kind. Thats about it. Not worth 800.00 a month thats for sure.
