I have only been there a few months and nothing has been fixed, cleaned, or even listened to. The office staff has already been revamped and it still doesn't listen or take care of any problems reported. They don't even have an actual maintenance person.

I lived there for about six months. It's true the place needs a lot of work - lots of defferred maintenance. The new office staff has been very friendly and you can tell they're trying. They've got security on site and have really cleaned up the place, but they still have a long way to go. I'd go back for a short term stay, but they still have a lot to do before I'd stay there long term.
