Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived there for two years with two leaking roofs which they refused to fix. Nothing ever got fixed. We are talking I had my own rainforest in the living room. Never gave any kind of discount or offered to move me to another unit. They only care about the vacant ones and even those don't get fixed. They figure if they fix the outside of the building that people will live there. Very unsafe at night.
They wanted to raise my rent $150.00 saying it was fair market value.
