Wasnt even going to stop by this property becasue of what a dump it was before he new owner took over. Now it super nice. Great amentities (including a dog park, I am a pet owner). Aparements are remodeled and very clean. Property manager and leasing agent are great. Very knowledgable and on top of it. Definetly a pride of ownership feeling. Not sure wheather I want a 1 or 2 bd. Thinking about a view of the catalina's. If anyone is reading this and has thoughts let me know. . . . oh ya, leasign agent is really hot. .. . . - Skipie Jackson
