I lived at Deerfield until May 31 of this year (2004). I'm a grad student at U of A, and this was a great complex for me. I was a little worried, because I rented sight unseen from North Dakota and you never know. However, everything from the preferences I had asked for to the move-in experience to maintenance requests were done very well. I would highly recommend this property to any student who is looking to get away from the noisy U of A scene, wants some nice amenities (and don't want to pay too much for them) and looking for a responsive landlord.
They were great!!
