Nice to know 80% of rent goes to landscaping

Aside from the lanscaping, the actual apartments were awful, upon moving into my 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment I noticed that nothing had been cleaned, the AC units were crappy and falling apart, random marks all over the walls, paper thin separation walls between other neighbors, not to mention remains of pet odors and hair.
Do not move here, it's a complete waste of your money and your time.
