I agree with a few posts here from people who moved into this apartment complex when it was under the old management (Greg) and have seen it deteriorate rapidly under the new management.
Though the issues I have had here have (eventually) been dealt with the treatment I received from the management was terrible. The have been rude, disrespectful, and even insulting on multiple occasions. I have heard other residents complaining about this as well. However, the office has a few nice staff members and the maintenance staff is excellent and have quickly attended to the few problems I have had while living here.
The walls are kind of thin as I have always heard my neighbors watching TV and participating in other, umm, activities. Also, amusingly, a series of noise complaints from multiple neighbors yields only a nasty-gram in your mailbox and not the eviction threatened in the lease. An apartment bordering mine threw loud parties a few times a week and received several complaints from myself and several other neighboring apartments but was never evicted and the parties continue. However, do not leave plants on decorations on your window sill...you will be notified immediately that this is against complex policy.

this place has been downgraded by the new manaegement since old mgmt (Greg) left. The female staffs, including the managers, are terrible and just jerks. They keep changing the managers, though none of them has been really paying respect to you. The middle-aged woman with glass working in the front desk has never paid any minimum respects to me. I do not know why she remains in the office. I agree that they have super high quality maintenance staff. These gentlemen are really nice. |
