Having lived here for 6 years, I can say that this apartment complex is one that I have enjoyed living at. Despite a lack of weight training facilities, which might disappoint some, the complex is very well kept and maintained. The maintenance crew responds promptly to requests, including those of a damaged roof and wet floors as a result of extremely heavy monsoon rains.

The rent might seem high, but that is because the complex pays for all utilities. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is moving in, as it is located fairly close to a mall, a shopping center, the University of Arizona, and traffic is not so painful to navigate during rush hour.
