Desert Springs

This was the first apartment I moved into. My fiance and I moved in while I was 5 months pregnant. Im not from that side of town but once i started to go to college over there, I heard horrible things. Those things soon became a reality.

The planes fom davis monthan fly over frequently, setting off every single car alarm in the complex.


The neighbors scream and yell. On the outside the complex looks nice. But the peole that live there are trash. I had to call the cops so i could leave my apartment because the man next door was screaming at his girlfriend outside of our doors. the walls are paper thin and my neighbors closest to out bedroom were nymphos. Once i had my baby the neighbors having sex actually woke her up too! There were always fights and stuff getting thrown off balconys.

The pool never gets clean and is a nasty shade of yellow.

The stairs are falling apart. One chipped while I was coming down with my daughter. we both fell and had to be taken to the hospital. thank god she was in her carseat. Because it was on private property all they did was replace the step.

There have been many cars stolen or broken into.

Creepy men like to hang outside. escpecially at night.

The people in the office arent worth a ----.

I tried to move out because I couldnt take it. To many loud nights. They wanted to charge me 1,250 to break my lease! I had to move to a sister complex and they still charged me 500. The people that worked there were not sympathetic at all. Then after I left they claimed I never paid the deposit at the beginning! So i got nothing back.
The 500 was worth it though. I am so glad to be out of that hell hole.

PLease dont move there.
