I would NEVER want to move back to the Desert Springs Apt. We lived there for 1.5 years, & the first apt we lived in the bottom neighbors constantly had their music on LOUD throughout the whole night, making it almost impossible to sleep! We ended up moving to a different apt at Desert Springs & I'm not going to lie, it was ok. But one month Pam had called my work SEVERAL times & was extremely rude to the lady that answered the phones, she was calling me to let me know that I was late on my rent, which I wasn't, I had dropped off my check in the rent box, & THEY LOST IT!!!

Well sometime toward the end of Aug. a cop car got broken into, not to long after OUR car was broken into!! & one morning when my husband was leaving to work he actually caught some guy breaking into the neighbor's car. When our car was broken into my husband called management & ask if they could hire security & again when the neighbor's car was broken into he called & said that he would walk around the apt as security. Pam never returned his call. Besides having to worry about your vehicles...there's drugs!!!! I used to see these big guys behind the dumpster selling drugs, cars would come & go. Plus they was ALWAYS these kids smoking weed almost every night, & again management was told & nothing was done. To top it off there was a drive by/shooting!!

There is a security fence going up but do you honestly think that is going to do anything' NO!!!!!!
