I lived there for 7 months and left one early to help ensure the safety of myseldf and and my wife. There were fights and arguments every day in this complex. On more than one occasion our light fixtures were broken loose from the fighting upstairs. The staff did NOTHING to stop it. I called the police and they at least arreseted one person. Tires in the parking lot were slashe and windows broken. They staff charged us for an extra 23 days and then sent us to collections. Our lease expired in early Sep and they charged us for the entire month of Sep. The grounds are not well kept. There are all kinds of dogs in the complex that violate the pet policy (Rotwielers and pit bull). There is a great deal of drug activity on the grounds. When brought to the attention of the staff they did nothing. DO NOT rent here you could be in great danger!

agreed. 2 months into living there, my SUV was stolen in broad daylight. It had an alarm and was locke, and the inside of it torched. Safe, no way! The steps leading to our upstairs apartment were not level, leading to my back of my legs staying sore when I lived there. The management was blase about the theft. If I knew about the high auto theft rate there, I never would have rented. Of course, we had a legit reason to break our lease, but that didn't stop them from trying to collect for the remaining months of our lease. I wonder if it was a tenant that was responsible for ther theft. Anyway, I consider the management as theives for their collection efforts.
