Well me and my husband moved in 2008. There were issues from the start. The office staff was rude, and filled out all the info on the apartment for us not letting us do our own walk through. Then we had lecks and air cond. broke three times. In the middle of summer and told us we would have to wait. The laundry rooms one for the whole place was nasty and always full. Then about the 7th time the cops and helecopter were there we were scared about safty. Not to mention the drug deal down stairs that ended with a shot gun being shot through the sliding glass window. That is what it took for them to throw the person out. After the cops had been there three times before. Now on to the 9 car break in's, the rent a cop that sits in his car and reads a book is no help. Be warned its not worth the problems.

Being part of the AMA 5Star Property Program calls for management to make sure that a proper walk through is done on each and every apartment. Knowing that most residents will not return the inspection sheet, management fills it out immediately to make sure that the resident will not end up being charged for damages at move out. Secondly, air conditioning is an emergency, and is guaranteed to be fixed immediately. Thirdly, being part of the Crime Free Multi-housing association, the management has proper protocol to follow regarding crime and the eviction of people who commit these crimes. All protocol was followed. It should serve to say that the person writing this so-called complaint was probably evicted themselves for non-payment of rent...or whatever.
