I am moving into Desert tree tomorrow, and I have to say I have had nothing but good happen. The manager is very honest and caring. A complete sweetheart. Someone I'd be proud to have as a friend. The maintnance man was very honest about what has gone on in the PAST. They have done a phenonomal job cleaning up the place!!! I have 4 children ranging from 13 to 1 and have no regret or fear of being part of the residency. As far as the Police being called, I witnessed the reports they've had in the past 2 months. There were 2 in March (by management) for non resident issues, and none in April! THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!!!!

please no water for 12 hrs and no cooler for 24 hrs in the 111 degree heat.. your 4 children must be really hot with you now.. oh and that sweetheart landlady.. shes been replaced twice already!!

It is clear that you have no clue what pride is. However, you do have a firm grasp on fairy telling. The manager is honest, caring and a sweetheart, that is about the biggest tall tale I have ever had the pleasure to hear.The maintence man, who by the way is related to the manager is the biggest tweeker on Stone Ave. and can't even come on the property. As far as the maintenance goes there is none, except for when they have the tenants do it. Oh yeah they are promised that they can take it out in trade for rent (because the --- them out of the money they rightfully earned), then to top it off they screw them out that too!! Tell the manager there that she should stop having her friends write these phony reviews for her! Shame on both of you!
