Dodge Flower

Older but well maintained & quiet community. From: HappyAgnInAZ Date posted: 4/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   We have lived at Dodge Flower for 3 1/2 yrs. First in a 1 Bedroom then in a 2 Bedroom. With only 32 units its a very quiet complex and most of the neighbors know one another. Nice backyards for an apartment with a storage room. The complex changed owners last spring and we wondered about the effect it would have but those concerns have passed. For and older community it is well maintained and the new owners are making many improvements. Built in Micro-waves, ceiling fans, new fencing for pool area. For the price you can't beat Dodge Flower and they are very pet friendly!
