This place is a drastic improvement from my old apartment. Its brand new. Everything is in perfect condition. The grounds are well kept and clean.
Parking is wonderful and the staff is courteous. The only drawback is they are not very timely with repairs. I asked for some minor repair to be done and on two seperate occasions I had to call them twice to get someone to come out and fix the repairs. But to give them some credit the apartments are brand new and there are always minor glitches.
