Cost of moving in was a bit on the high side...$180 deposit but, in all fairness, they were offering a move-in special ($200 off first month, $150 off second month, $100 off third month).

I am in the new section and, therefore, its difficult to complain about anything except a sticky front door and a screen/patio door that doesn't close properly. Haven't yet complained about those...and I don't have great expectations (staff doesn't seem overly eager to assist their residents), but I will soon.

Seems there are more singles/couples in their 20s here than I expected...or maybe I just never see the others.

So far, so good.
