I've lived here since July 2003 and I love it. Compared to my previous apartment this place is a dream!!! I've only had minor problems with my apartment and when I called the office about this they were fixed in a timely manner. The apartments are soundly built and I rarely hear my neighbors. The ladies in the office are very nice and accomodating and the layout of the apartment and amenities are awesome. I love the berber carpet and oak cabinets.

My rent has increased drastically since I moved here. In July 2003 my rent was $565 (this included a 5% preferred employer discount) now my rent has increased to $630 (The no longer offer the 5% discount and the base rate has increased from $600 to $630). I'm not very happy about the rent increase but with the quality they offer I understand why they are increasing the rent. I've been searching all over town for a cheaper apartment that will offer the same amenities, comparable price and high quality and I can't find one.

Overall, I highly recommend this place!
