I've lived here for a little bit over a month so far and it has been pretty good overall. The biggest appeal is that its in a decent neighborhood with shopping, movie rental, food, etc very close by making things very convenenient. Relatively quiet as long as doors and windows are closed. Staff is friendly and flexible. So far maintenence staff seems pretty good and fixed a minor leak in my sink almost next day. Landscape is clean, green and well maintained. Two nice pools with decent small gym. Parking is decent.
My cons are: I thought I signed up for apt with washer dryer and it didn't come with one when I moved in. It also seems in the evenings and into the early night (maybe because it is summer) there are kids in the pools and taking walks with their parents so chatty wherever you go. Also laundry room is not air conditioned so makes doing laundry a chore. Need to get a machine to use hookup. Floor, like many apartments, seem a little thin so I am guessing the people downstairs can hear you walk (but I wouldn't know since I'm second floor). I've only seen 2 stray ants next to my window and after I removed them I have not seen any since. I saw the Lakewood Apt in Phoenix are the best yet but very few are like them.
