I was drawn to this complex because of the high rating average. Mistake. The Sales people at the office are okay when they are trying to lease you the place..once you move in, you're just another low-life renter as far as they are concerned.

They seem to "evaluate" any question or request you have and follow everything by the letter of the lease, etc. If its not something they are required to do, dont ask, for you will be quickly told, its not there problem. They are too young to show empathy for anyone's concern or frustration. This is the way it is (how im told to do my job) and thats it !!

The office people are required to follow the lease "to the letter". This is because it is a legal document & they are as obligated to it as much the renter is. I work in the same field & chose to live here over my own property BECAUSE of the wonderful girls in the office. I totaly disagree with your opinion of them & think you may just be bitter because you didn't get your way.

Usually the people that are unhappy with the management are the ones that do something wrong. They always want the management to make an exception for them. Who cares how they treat everyone else but can management waive the fees for them. Always thinking of themselves. There is a reason why management changed...you figure it out.

If only there was a way to prevent management from making responses in defense of other negative comments and writing those generic perfect ratings about themselves to mislead potential residents...
