Leaving is bittersweet... From: nch1980 Date posted: 5/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My husband & I have lived here for a little over a year now. We just bought our first house. That is the ONLY reason we are moving out. There are pro & cons, but the overall experience we had here was excellent. Cons: * Parking is a little tight in our area with 2 cars (mostly if you get home late). * We could hear the upstairs neighbor often (walking-loudly). I think she was just unusually loud though - my other neighbors told me they never heard theirs. * People don't pick up their dog's poop. I feel bad for the poor maintenance guys who do it for them. Pros: * Friendly neighbors! We knew everyone in our little area by name. * Lots of room in our apartment. * Cheap electric bills - especially compared to our last place. * Nice pool & grounds. I love all the vegitation here - it is very lush. * The office people. They are very friendly & accomodating. I actually became friends with a few of them during my time here. We definately reccommend it if you are looking for a nice, safe, quiet place.
