Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The management and staff at all levels are rude and hateful and outright refuse any sort of services that they promise on their web site or in person. The complex itself is very nice and the location is very convenient. However, the quality of service that we receive from the staff is enough to have us counting down the days until our lease is up.
