I walked into the office and found out that they fired the leasing girl that was there. She was then only one in that office that had any sort of customer service. She rented me my apartment over a year ago and since then there have been nothing but obnoxious and rude people in the office. I am completely disgusted with whoever is managing this place. It has gone down hill since they fired Angela. They company obviously things everyone is disposable. The new assitant manager is a joke. She walks around like she is above the boss. I tried to turn in my rent check and she wouldn't except it because I owed THREE dollars from a water increase. I asked if I could just drop off a check later and she said no. Nice customer service. Just hearing her talk makes me want to scream. She is condiscending and rude! Do not rent here! A couple weeks ago there was a rape in the complex. That same day there were like 5 border patrol cars out front probably doing a drug bust. This place has gone way way way down hill. They get you in for a cheap price and then jack your rent up like $80 when renewal time comes. There are so many empty apartments its not even funny. They will do anything to rent to you!!!! ...and they accept anybody. The apartments are alright...but what they show you is probably nice then what you get! Just putting up with the staff is enough to make me want to move. The one sweet girl left is gone. That was the worst decision they made. I will be moving!!!
