The new manager is terrible. She does not know what she is doing. She does not handle any maintenance calls in a timely manner, and she has an attitude towards the old manager and some of the tenants. I have lived here for years and it was a nice place, now she is changing the attitude and look of the complex for the worse. I am moving as soon as possible. Also the laundry room is too expensive.

The laundry room expense has not changed, neither has the look of the complex.I know you live in a 2 bedroom downstairs, you are the only one that has had a negative attitude toward the manager. We over heard you talking that you were going to do this, and you also let your 2 big dogs go on the lawn and not clean it up!! We see you all the time.

I agree the former manager was much nicer than the new one. The former manager lived on site and was ONE OF US and took great care of the residents. The new one treats this lovely place as "just a job" and is not as accommodating. Main complaint is that she seems to never be in the office when you need her! Where is she??? Great place to live otherwise.

I had to laugh when I was going to put my own comments in about the manager and found her reply to one of the grievances. She must be quite a detective to know who anonymous is when there are so many people in the complex talking about her inept way of dealing with people and any kind of problem. The former manager treated her tenants like they were actually people and she cared about their maintenance problem. Current manager thinks we are all the problem. My guess is that if she remains manager for much longer this place will become vacant very quickly (and that's what the residents are saying if she'd ever care to listen).
