Don't fall for the (1) month free... get away fast!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   My husband and I laugh often because Windsail (now called Mona Lisa Villas) refer to themselves as a luxury apartment complex. What a joke. They are a little cheaper than the rest -- but there's a reason for that. The people in the office are some of the rudest I've had the misfortune to meet. My husband and I have to take turns making complaints because we get so angry by the way that we are treated by them. The cement stairs that led to our apartment door were crumbling. We mentioned this to the office several times. Finally one step broke as I was walking up the stairs one day. Luckily I was holding on to the railing. They came and fixed the stairs with temporary pieces of plywood. 1 year later, they still haven't fixed them. What ever you do -- think hard before you move in -- it's not worth it!
