I have lived here for years. My place is falling apart and has been for years. The maintenance here does not fix or follow through with any repairs. I have pictures. If you are thinking of moving in here, please, please email me at aliveintucson@live.com BEFORE you sign a lease!!!!!!!!!!
You will regret it if you do not!!! I have nothing more to say, this is just a warning to innocent people who are looking for a nice place to rent.
I live in horrific conditions, not to mention the drug dealers and users. Oh, and IF you are dumb enough to rent here after you read this review...
...Crazy drunk and drugged people bang on your bedroom windows at 3:00 a.m.

That is disgusting, I used to live there years back and it was not that bad but I would believe they would let it go. When I lived there they allowed anyone to live there and our downstairs neighbors kept a dead woman in their apt for several weeks before they realized she was dead she was elderly living with her crackhead son and husband. Their apt always smelled bad but we could not take it anymore once the bugs took over down there and migrated to our apt. The police found her locked in the room. SCARY!!!!
