I love the actual apartments here. They are very functional. The problem I do have here is all the drunks and parties. Things would be great if it weren't for the neighbors. I personally don't mind the plains, trains, and traffic noise, but the party noises can be unbearable. Sadly this seems to be the apartment complex of choice for frat boys and sorority girls that have decided to drink their college life away. It is nice that just about everything is included with your rent and teh floor plan is functional. I've looked for another apartment and can't beat the price once you factor everytyhing in, plus the distance to UofA is a huge bonus. If you don't mind calling the cops on your neighbors to get parties broken up, this place can be nice. In the end, all I can really say is that things could be worse, and if you need to live close to campus, this plae is bearable.
