At first glance, this apartment complex looks like a good deal: relatively new, roommated matching service, close to campus. Be warned though: it is a noisy, busy complex of mostly fraternity and sorority members who WILL be partying Thursday though Saturday nights. It will be loud, noisy, and if you need to get anything done at night (like sleep), FORGET IT. It is not in the safest of neighborhoods (helicopter search lights are commonplace around the area at night and a police raid took place at the complex next door while I was there. Bums in the garbage are also a common occurance.) It's at least 100$ more expensive than living in a house nearby or a complex a few more blocks away and its well worth it to be farther away. Don't bother... learn from the mistakes of others!
