I've lived for over a year at the Park and Lester location and generally have had a postitive experience. There really is a difference between living at the Park/Lester location and the Stone/University location, try to get Park/Lester if you can.

The price is decent considering it includes everything down to the internet and private bathrooms (always important in a place with four girls). The apartments are pretty spacious and clean. There is a problem with loud neighbors yelling outside on some of the weekends, and it's a roulette on whether you're sharing a wall with a quiet person or a loud partier, but for the most part it doesn't detract from studying or living. Plus, the new management may be addressing this problem, we'll see.

Yeah, the neighborhood isn't the greatest, but basic saftey sense and setting the included security system is all you need. Most of the neighborhoods walking distance to the UA are in the same boat.

It's not a dream house, but for a first apartment out of college, it's been a nice place to live.
